Cafelatte – Cafelatte recreates a local neighborhood Italian café across the street in the hotel lobby of our sister property the Plaza Hotel and Casino. All of the coffee drinks are made using illy® coffee, a high-quality Italian espresso coffee. Zaba’s Mexican Kitchen - Zaba’s Mexican Grill uses only the freshest, finest quality ingredients available to create delicious, flavorful menu items. Although the name implies Mexican food, the cuisine is a combination of Mexican, Southwestern and Tex-Mex flavors and spices.
